Our annual fall meetup and conference provides an opportunity to get together in person to connect and learn amongst peers who share your goals. The conference includes seminars/workshops during the day, and social/networking eventing.

(You must be 19+ to attend.)

 

WHEN & WHERE?

Saturday/Sunday November 7-8, 2026 

(Early check in Friday evening) 

 

Hotel Grand Pacific - Victoria, BC

 

To make things extra easy and extra fun this year, we’ve reserved a limited amount of rooms at the SAME hotel the conference is taking place at! 

 

Staying at the hotel will make it easy to go to and from your room as needed, not having to worry about taking cabs or finding transportation, and being able to mingle with attending artists and seminar speakers each day, during the in-between moments.

  

Doors open at 8:30am on Saturday and 9:30am on Sunday, so we encourage you to book your hotel for November 7-9th (Friday and Saturday nights - though you're welcome to stay longer!)

WHO CAN ATTEND?

All genders are welcome.

 

Our conference is open to everyone who is committed to learning from, supporting, and working alongside women in the tattoo industry. To create change in the industry, we need our men allies learning from and supporting women too. 

 

That being said, we understand that the need for women only spaces is important too, and have created space for that as well. (see below)

 

 

WHAT WILL WE DO?

Two full days of learning and socializing! 

 

Friday evening: 

Though not part of the official agenda, there will be an opportunity to check in Friday evening, and start the fun early - like the unofficial pool party!   

 

During the day:

On Saturday and Sunday we'll be learning together from a variety of women led seminars in topics including; artistry and technique, business, history, finances, and more! 

 

Saturday evening: 

There will be an evening break to go out for dinner with friends, or rest up before your choice of social activities:

  • Our signature Women's Industry Night is reserved for our women and non-binary guests.   
  • Our new Art Night is open to all genders.   

As in previous years, Women's Industry Night (WIN) is a lively networking event with a rad DJ, cash bar, sticker trade, tarot reading, and photo ops. Connect, celebrate, and feel the magic of a big event filled with your industry sisters and non-binary siblings. 

 

Art Night will be a smaller, quieter event with chill music and art supplies. Stretch your creative muscles, have a casual chat, and enjoy the company of your fellow artists with less pressure to socialize or drink.       

 

Sunday evening:

When the seminars are done and the event ends, you are invited to join us for a fun casual wrap up dinner to celebrate another successful year! This totally optional dinner is not part of your ticket, just an opportunity to soak in a little more time with your new friends.
