Our annual fall meetup and conference provides an opportunity to get together in person to connect and learn amongst peers who share your goals. The conference includes seminars/workshops during the day, and our signature Women's Industry Night networking event on Saturday evening.
WHEN & WHERE?
November 8-9, 2025
Hotel Grand Pacific - Victora, BC
To make things extra easy and extra fun this year, we’ve reserved a limited amount of rooms at the SAME hotel the conference is taking place at!
Staying at the hotel will make it easy to go to and from your room as needed, not having to worry about taking cabs or finding transportation, and being able to mingle with attending artists and seminar speakers each day, during the in-between moments.
There will be only 50 rooms available with our special discount code, so reserve early!
WHAT WILL WE DO?
Two full days of learning and socializing!
During the day we'll be learning together from a variety of women led seminars in topics including; artistry and technique, business, history, finances, and more! (Exact schedule will be announced soon)
On Saturday, there will be an evening break to go out for dinner with friends, or rest up before our signature event; Women's Industry Night. Our social evening includes entertainment, sticker swapping, networking, music, and a professional photographer, as well as a cash bar.
On Sunday evening, when the seminars are done and the event ends, you are invited to join us for a fun casual wrap up dinner to celebrate another successful year! This totally optional dinner is not part of your ticket, just an opportunity to soak in a little more time with your new friends.
WHO CAN ATTEND?
This event is for decorative tattoo artists working in a professional, licensed setting, including apprentices in mentorships with professional artists. (At this time, our event is not yet ready to accommodate cosmetic or paramedical tattoo artists.)
This event centers the experiences of all women, cis and trans inclusive, and is welcome to non-binary folks and those who wish to support and learn from the women in their lives.
