WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for women (cis and trans inclusive) speakers in any of the following categories:  

• Headliner/experienced speakers 
• Speakers with some experience 
• New voices with little or no experience 
• Trainee (trainees are scheduled to speak at the following year's conference, but may step in if someone else is sick this year)

WHAT WE EXPECT

Our speakers are expected to prepare a 60-120 minute presentation, and adhere to the agreed upon timeframe and topic.    

Our speakers are additionally expected to be on site during the entire event. Everyone is expected to be kind, answer questions, and attend scheduled social functions. Our speakers may enjoy a social drink, but may not become impaired or use any illegal substances.   

WHAT WE PROVIDE

All speakers will be provided with a private hotel room for the Friday-Sunday evenings of the event. Travel expenses agreed upon in advance will be compensated. We use the following compensation structure for our speakers: 

• Headliner/experienced speakers - $3000-4500+
• Speakers with some experience - $1500-2000 
• New voices with little or no experience - $1000 

For your presentation we provide a microphone, clicker, and wires to connect your device to them screen. 

Presenters are responsible for their own meals and drinks.
